潘国柱,男,安徽枞阳人,1981年1月生,中共党员,博士,副教授。2004年7月以来在皖西学院任教,历任助教、讲师、副教授,先后承担过大学物理、大学物理实验、光纤通信、建筑节能技术等课程的教学任务。主要从事量子光学和量子信息方面的研究。
