吴克跃,男,安徽六安人,197910月生,中共党员,博士,教授。2001年毕业于安徽师范大学物理系,获理学学士,到皖西学院任教,历任助教、讲师、副教授和教授。先后承担过大学物理、光学、大学物理实验、半导体物理、光电子材料与器件、专业英语、LED封装与检测、光纤通信实训、光电器件设计与应用实训等课程的教学任务。2005-2008年在贵州大学理学院攻读硕士,获理学硕士。2008-2012在安徽大学攻读博士,获工学博士学位。2010-2012年在美国阿肯色大学小石城分校进行联合博士培养。2015-2016在美国孟菲斯大学访学。主要研究领域为半导体纳米材料及其光电器件,主持和参加过国家自然科学基金面上项目、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目、安徽省教育厅自然科学重点项目和优秀青年人才基金项目。近年来,先后在Journal Applied Physics, Crystal Growth and Design, Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Electronics, AIP Advanced, 发光学报,光子学报等期刊发表论文近50篇,其中SCI/EI收录20篇。
